Lymarie Nieves Plaza is a Marketing Manager & Cooperative Former Educator. With more than twenty years working under the cooperative model, it has always been aimed at social responsibility and community work.
Her legacy is attached to the project with the ARIGOS Multiple Services Cooperative, incarcerated mens of the Guayama Penal Institution 945; where she served as spokesperson, adviser and cooperative educator for the Group. In the same way, she collaborated with the League of Cooperatives of Puerto Rico in the development of the Cooperativa Taínas Coop, incarcerated womens. In addition to beginning the training of a new coop of incarcerated persons in a Bayamón Correctional Institution program – Vencedores Coop. Also she provided educational workshops at the Maximum Security Cooperative in Guayama 500. Since 2017 she is the Co-Founder of Impulso Cero Inc, a non-profit organization that works for the inmate community and mission projects.
She has a Master Degree of Business Administration, concentration in Marketing and is certified as a Life Coach. She is a licensed Chaplain register by the Estate, for the incarcerated persons in Bayamón and Arecibo, Puerto Rico, Penal Institutions. Right now she is studying another Master Degree as a Counselor specialist in addictions.
