Madelyn Read (she/her) is a cooperative enthusiast, musician, and social and environmental justice advocate. This year, she joined the BC and Alberta Co-operative Associations as their Co-op Education Coordinator to support the growth of co-operative education across both provinces. Madelyn is also an artist-owner of Ampled, a Patreon-like platform co-operative where musicians receive direct financial support from their listeners. She just finished recording her first full-length album, which will be released in the Spring of 2023.
