  • ACE President Rod Kelsay introduces the theme of the Institute “Crossroads: Choosing Cooperation” and former ACE executive administrator Bill Patrie who pays tribute to recently deceased ACE Members and extraordinary U.S. cooperative leaders Rod Nilsestuen and John Logue.

Kelsay then welcomes the Institute’s Keynote Speaker David C.
